Accommodation (Portsmouth)

 

• For the summer months (1st July to the 31st August) I do rent rooms out on a individual basis as well as whole houses depending on availability.     
• The shortest period i will let for is one month (starting on the 1st of the month).

 

• The rent for the summer is £80.00 a week, this includes broadband and bills. There are no extras to pay.

 

• Each person has their own individual bedroom and shares the house Lounge/Kitchen / Bathroom and Garden

 

• The deposit is £150 per person, (If a group of students take the whole house the deposit will be £50 a person). The deposit can be paid when you arrive and seen the property.

 

• The houses are all strictly non smoking inside!!!! If you want to smoke inside please find some other accommodation...... I am strict about this, if you do smoke in the house I will deduct damages from your deposit for the additional cleaning and painting involved to freshen the room/house up!

 

• The deposit you get back when you leave as long as the house is clean and in the same condition as when you moved in!!! It is your responsibility to clean the house at the end of your stay.

 

• You will need to sign a summer agreement for the time you stay.

 

• The rent is to be paid 2 weeks in advance.
   
• For identification I will need a photocopy of

            1: some Student University Identification - eg student card etc and

2: Something with your home address on eg driving license or for overseas students i will need a copy of your passport.

           Either email me the identification or give it to me when you move in.

 

• I only rent out to University students over the age of 18 years old.

 

• Bedding (Duvet/sheet and pillow) can be provided if required, please confirm that you would like this. You will need to bring your own towels.

 

• A mattress protectors will be provided and must be used at all times and should be washed and left clean when you move out.

 

• There will be a set of pots/pans/plates/cutlery etc for the house.

 

• There will be a colour TV, washing machine, kettle, microwave, hoover, etc provided with the house. All bedrooms have bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and locks on doors.

 

• If anything goes wrong with the house I am responsible for and will get it fixed straight away.

 

• The phone will not be working but there will be 50mb wireless broadband.

 

• No pets are allowed in the houses.
